COVID-19 Protocols

We look forward to welcoming you to DTx Europe 2022, and we are committed to making this event as Covid safe as possible.
If you have any symptoms of Covid-19 please do not attend DTx Europe 2022.
We are running a Covid safe environment at our venue.
During the event:
Attendees will be fully vaccinated or tested negative for Covid-19.
All surfaces will be regularly cleaned.
Hand sanitizer will be available.
Anyone exhibiting symptoms of Covid-19 infection will not be admitted.
Entry to the event
In order to attend the event, you must provide proof of full vaccination (For example, your NHS COVID-19 Pass) and/or a negative Covid-19 test result, taken within the previous 24 hours.
Additionally, Covid test centres are situated around London.
During the event
If you experience any symptoms of a potential Covid-19 infection, we request that you do not attend the event. You should take a test, and if the result is negative, you may rejoin the event.
As of February 2022, face coverings are not mandatory in public spaces. However, wearing one is encouraged.

As of Febuary 2022, England remains in Plan A. You can read the most up-to-date Covid-19 guidance by visiting https://www.gov.uk/coronavirus.
Getting vaccinated, wearing a mask in crowded public spaces, and testing for Covid-19 if you are exposed is strongly encouraged.
Please do wear a face covering on public transport in London. Wearing a face mask on the Underground, on buses, and when inside stations, is still mandatory per TFL regulations. You can read more about this here https://tfl.gov.uk/campaign/face-coverings.

In-person ticket holders automatically have full access to the online version of DTx Europe 2022. We will arrange to refund the difference between an in-person and online ticket once we receive proof of your positive covid test.
